The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Directors with managing a portfolio of clients whilst overseeing a wide range of corporate and legal responsibilities.

The Corporate Administrator is expected to continuously develop both personally as well as professionally and deliver added value as well as contribute to the service level and efficiency to the Corporate Team within the company.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Client communication on a daily basis and handling various requests in a timely manner;
  • Adherence to the Company’s Policies & Procedures and to the Compliance programme;
  • Assist in the setting up process of fiduciaries and trusts;
  • Meet clients on a regular basis, either on or off site and taking of the minutes;
  • Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of the know your client procedures
  • Maintain company registers;
  • Keeping abreast with new regulations;
  • Ensuring that statutory deadlines are met;

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, Maltese and Italian (both orally and in writing)
  • Personal credibility, integrity and high moral standards
  • Be result oriented, responsible, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience within Maltese Corporate Law will be considered an asset
  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate service provider setup or company law background
