We are looking for a smart, organised and self-motivated person possessing excellent communication skills. The applicant shall be well organised and able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with various teams by handling clerical duties, such as organising paperwork, and scanning and filing amongst others duties.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact at the office
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Supporting the technical teams in general administrative duties
  • General office administration and retention of appropriate office records
  • Ensure good upkeep of Meeting Rooms and Reception Area
  • Responding to emails and preparing documents, including office correspondence in a timely manner
  • Personal assistant duties to the Managing Partner, including travel arrangements and setting up meetings
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed
