Christabel joined the firm in 2022 as a Human Resources Manager. With a background encompassing four years of Human Resources expertise and over eight years of experience in the disability sector, she holds a Master of Science in Management with HR and a Master of Business Administration.

Within CSA Group, Christabel serves as a conduit between the organisation and its employees, striving to cultivate a harmonious and productive work environment. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and staffing, managing employee relations, coordinating training and development initiatives, conducting performance management activities, payroll and enhancing employee engagement.
